The statement, "Follow Your Heart" is a popular verse we get (from friends, parents, mentors and etc) everytime we're caught up in a situation that no-one seems to have a sure solution to.

But my question to you is: how many times have you followed your heart? and how many times have you ended up satisfied with the outcomes?

Little children exhibits some characters which adults may sometimes find annoying, irritating or difficult to understand and we end up punishing them for it even though the child sees no reason why he/she should be punished.

Do you know that millions of thoughts (ideas or intensions) runs through the human mind in a second? Children are human, too. Because of the excessive activity of the hormones in their body system and their inability to guide (or control) their thoughts, a child then feels like doing everything that comes to his/her mind whether wrong or right.

Experience comes with age but wisdom comes through a different path.

Many adults still think like children, lacking the ability to coordinate they thoughts. They continue acting out every instructions or ideas that flows through their mind. Now, imagine yourself as a mentor telling such a man/women to follow his/her heart. What a disaster!

Individually and collectively, we must NURTURE and RE-NEW our mind consistently before we start following it to avoid costly mistakes. He who walks with the wise will himself become wise.

Don't Wait For Invitation

I salute you, and you for all the words of encouragement, support and mentoring so far. GOD BLESS YOU!

Many rare gifts have died without finding expression. Many beautiful minds have become the devils workshop. There are born-AUTHORS who died without publishing a single article. And many born-ORATORS who never had a change to stand before the crowd.

What will be your own story in the next 2-3years from now?

I know you have that ONE THING...ONE GIFT...ONE UNIQUE PURPOSE and DREAM that sets you apart from the crowd. But the big challenge may be that the stage (opportunity) is not set yet for you to express yourself.

But while it is not a bad idea to wait for your time, I suggest you don't waste this precious single life that you have waiting for that WOW! moment to come just like that. You have to START WHERE YOU ARE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE.

TIPS:

# Don't wait to be invited, create a well planned event of your own and invite others and by so doing they will recognise you when they are doing same.
# Write for and about other people who are doing great job in the same field.
# Be inquisitive and open-minded to those who have better ideas.
# Leave your age on one side and think about the knowledge you want to gain.
# Don't always expect to get the VIP Pass. Learn to pay.
# Be friendly. The friends you make today might be your host or audience tomorrow.
# Et ce tera (and the list goes on).

BE THE BEST BECAUSE THAT WHAT YOU REALLY ARE!
