** Brainy Teens Blog:
a social media / digital literacy project which evolved as a result of the two weeks Digital Literacy trainings for teenagers who attended the Summer Camp Nigeria 2013 program.The blog is a meeting point for both teenagers and mentors to share inspiring stories,lessons and any topic of interest.
** Youth Entrepreneurship & Creative Academy:
awarded the America-Nigeria Partnership Award 2013 as the overrall best team project, YEC-Academy is a vocational skills and youth empowerment initiative co-founded by four outstanding Fellows of the Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative -CYFI (a dynamic youth engagement program by the U.S.Consulate General,Lagos). Having received initial grant from the U.S. Government through CYFI and additional funding from Joan Agha Foundation,the YEC-Academy empowered for free more than forty-five (45) youths in Ibadan with practical skills in the area of Photography / Film-making, Shoemaking,ICT,and Entrepreneurship Development. Added to the successful completion of the training, a Creative Youth Exbition was also hosted to showcase the potentials of graduands of the YEC-Academy free training program.
